Project Coordinator

ODM has immediate openings for a project coordinator.

Project Coordinator Description:

Role: To assist operations with daily activities necessary to meet customer demands. Specific duties will include developing schedules, obtaining subcontractor bids, writing warranty letters, purchasing materials, coordinating deliveries & subcontractors, filing permits, and coordinating site inspections, as well as communicating with the clients of schedule and completion of small projects.

Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients, subcontractors, and key vendors

Manage expectations of clients and company goals.

Daily monitoring of key metrics, schedules and assisting field team to support the timely execution and completion of the work within budget.

Assisting with purchase orders, project billing and material returns.

Performs other duties as assigned and needed for the team to succeed.

The ideal candidate should be motivated, show a positive attitude, and demonstrate a strong work ethic to match the team dynamic.

Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems is a plus, however, experience in Word and Microsoft Excel is a must.

Must have a satisfactory driving record, criminal record, and ability to pass a drug screen

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must be able to climb a ladder, lift objects as necessary to perform field surveys, and walk job sites if necessary.
